【摘要】 目的:分析20例白色萎缩患者的临床、病理表现。方法:对我中心诊治的20例白色萎缩患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,包括临床、病理、误诊及治疗情况。结果:多见于青年女性,皮损好发于下肢;11例患者血管腔内有透明血栓形成(占55%);小剂量阿司匹林、双嘧达莫及达那唑治疗效果较好,治疗有效率100%;早期误诊10例(占50%)。结论:临床特点及组织病理学检查为诊断本病的依据,医务人员应加强对早期白色萎缩的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse clinical and pathological presentation of 20 cases of atrophie blanche. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data from 20 patients with this disorder in our hospital,including data from clinical and pathological presentation and treatment. Results:The disease was mostly seen in young women of the lower leg,11 of 20 patients(55%) had thrombus formation in the lumen of blood vessels.The first choice of treatment is high dose of dipyridamole,combined with low dose of aspirin.The total effective rate was 100% and the rate of early misdiagnosis is 50%. Conclusion:The diagnosis of this disorder is mainly dependent on clinical features and histopathologic changes.Medical personnel should be alerted to the diagnosis of atrophie blanche.更多还原
