【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺结合神经阻滞治疗脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:60例脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛患者随机分为神经阻滞治疗组和针刺结合神经阻滞治疗组。分别给予对应的治疗,神经阻滞采用外周神经电刺激仪定位注射,采用改良Ashworth量表比较其近期及远期疗效。结果:两组的近期治疗效果较好,远期(6个月以后)针刺结合神经阻滞治疗组疗效较好,P<0.05。结论:针刺结合神经阻滞治疗脑卒中后肱二头肌肉痉挛疗效肯定,尤其是远期疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with never block therapy treating biceps spasm after stroke.Methods:60 cases were divided into never block groups and acupuncture combined with never block group,then gave them different treatment.They were evaluated with the modified Ashworth scale(MAS) in recent and forward effect.Results:Both of the two groups had good effect period,but the acupuncture combined with never block group had a better effect in long term(6 months),P<0.05.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with never block is good for biceps spasm after stroke,in long-term especially.更多还原
