活血化瘀治疗冠心病疗效与GNB3基因C825T多态性相关性探讨

【摘要】 目的:研究证实:人类GNB3基因C825T等位基因携带与冠心病发病关系密切,但825T等位基因携带与冠心病治疗疗效有何相关性值得探讨。为了探讨冠心病血瘀证治疗疗效与GNB3基因C825T等位基因携带的相关性。了解GNB3基因C825T等位基因携带者对传统的活血化瘀治疗的敏感性。方法:对所选100例符合诊断标准的冠心病血瘀症患者给予口服加减血腑逐瘀汤,治疗30天后:①观察疗效。②用(PCR-RFLP)方法对治疗有效和无效两组做基因型分析。结果:经规范活血化瘀治疗,总有效率为67%,与无效率比较(P<0.05);有效组和无效组基因型分析显示,在基因型分布和等位基因频率分布构成比两方面均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无效组825T等位基因携带人数明显高于有效组(P<0.05);无效组TT基因型人数明显高于本组其它型人数(P<0.01)。结论:活血化瘀治疗冠心病有一定疗效;GNB3基因825T等位基因携带不仅是诱发冠心病的遗传因素之一,而且对冠心病的治疗预后有直接潜在的影响,是难治性冠心病多因素之一。
【Abstract】 Objective:According to the research:Human gene GNB3’s allele C825T has close relations with morbidity of coronary heart disease,but there is no report about how to cure it.As a result,we did a research to discuss relativity between the curative effect of blood stasis for coronary heart disease and gene GNB3’s allele C825T,so as to know the sensibility of gene GNB3’s allele C825T for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods:Choose 100 patients meeting the standard of diagnosis,offering them oral medication administration,30 days later:①.Observing curative effect.②Using(PCR-RFLP)method to analyze genotype for both effective and ineffective treatment.Results:After regular promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the total effective rate is 67%,comparing to inefficiency(P<0.05);the analysis of genotype between effective and ineffective cure shows that it has statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of people with allele 825T for ineffective group is obvious higher than the number of people in effective group.Conclusion:The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has curative effect on treating coronary heart disease to some extent;allele 825T of gene GNB3 is not only one of the reasons for causing coronary heart disease,but also has direct potential effect on treating coronary heart disease,and it is also one of the reasons for refractory coronary heart disease.
