【摘要】 文章对近年来有关冬令膏方防治小儿哮喘缓解期的临床及实验研究进展作一综述。众医家从肺脾肾三脏虚损着手,确立健脾益肺、温补肾阳、温肾填精、健脾温肾等治法,灵活运用冬令膏方防治小儿哮喘缓解期,取得良好疗效。冬令膏方防治哮喘缓解期的疗效机制研究也正在进行。同时认为冬令膏方防治小儿哮喘缓解期尚存在一些问题,如膏方制作程序缺乏统一标准,制作成本高,临床研究有待规范深入,疗效评价体系不完善等,并针对前述问题提出个人见解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research progress on prevention and treatment of asthma remission phase in children by application of winter soft extract prescriptions in recent years are reviewed.Many doctors treated asthma remission phase in children by application of winter soft extract prescriptions flexibly.Based on the conception of deficiency in lung,spleen and kidney,they established many therapies,such as spleen strengthening and lung replenishing,kidney-yang Warming and invigorating,kidney-essence enriching,Kidney warming and Spleen invigorating,etc.The results were satisfactory.The Correlative Mechanism on prevention and treatment of asthma remission phase in children by application of winter soft extract prescriptions is in progress.The author thinks that there are some problems existing in the progress,such as lack of a universal standard criterion in the process of manufacture,prohibitive of the cost of manufacture,lack of Standardize and thorough clinical study,lack of clinical outcome assessing system,the author puts forward her own idea about these problems.更多还原
