星点设计-效应面法优选消疡分散片的成型工艺

【摘要】 目的:优选消疡分散片的成型工艺。方法:以填充剂微晶纤维素(MCC)的用量、崩解剂交联聚维酮(PVPP)的用量和表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)的用量为自变量,以溶出度为因变量,分别用多元线性模型、二次多项式模型描述考察指标和3个因素之间的数学关系,绘制效应面图,确定较优处方并进行验证试验。结果:优选的最佳成型工艺为MCC用量为28.7%,PVPP用量为12.9%,SLS用量为0.58%。结论:采用星点设计-效应面法优选消疡分散片的成型工艺方法简便,且优选出的工艺稳定可行。

【Abstract】 Objective:The optimal molding technology of Xiaoyang dispersible tablets was selected.Methods:The main influential factors of the molding technology included the proportion of MCC,PVPP and SLS,the molding effect was evaluated with the dissolution of total notoginseng saponins.The molding technology was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology.Multilinear and quadratic models were used to estimate the relationship between the dependent and the independent variables,the optimal formulations was selected by the response surface method(RSM).Results:The optimal molding technology was as follows:MCC was 28.7%,PVPP was 12.9%,SLS was 0.58%.Conclusion:Central composite design-response surface methodology was convenient to optimize the molding of Xiaoyang dispersible tablets,and the optimal molding technology is stable and available.
