【摘要】 目的:观察岭南草药方加味五指毛桃汤治疗乙肝后肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:将80例随机分为两组。治疗组给予加味五指毛桃汤口服,对照组给予阿德福韦酯胶囊口服。观察治疗前后肝功能、肝纤、乙肝病毒定量以及临床体征的变化情况。结果:①两组治疗前后,在临床体征、肝功能、肝纤、乙肝病毒数改善方面都具有明显的临床疗效(治疗组P<0.01;对照组P<0.05)。②治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,在改善患者肝功、肝纤方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);而在改善乙肝病毒方面两组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味五指毛桃汤在改善乙肝后肝硬化患者的临床体征、肝功能、肝纤方面优于对照组;而在控制乙肝病毒数方面,两组无差异,有待于进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the Lingnan herbal remedies for fingers peaches Modified Decoction the clinical efficacy of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group was treated with oral soup flavored fingers peaches,control group was given capsules of oral adefovir dipivoxil.Observed before and after treatment liver function,hepatic-fibrosis,hepatitis B virus and clinical signs of quantitative changes.Results:① The two groups before and after treatment,the clinical signs,liver function,hepatic-fibrosis,hepatitis B virus has a significant number of improvement of the clinical efficacy(treatment group P<0.01;control group,P<0.05).② treatment group and control group after treatment compared to patients in improving liver function,liver and fiber in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01);while improving the hepatitis B virus was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Modified Decoction peaches five fingers in improving liver cirrhosis in patients with clinical signs,liver function,hepatic-fibrosis better than the control group;while in control of hepatitis B virus in several aspects,no difference between the two groups,remains to be further studied.更多还原
