【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CFR)四证型(脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、阴阳两虚型)脉图参数的变化,建立各证型判别式,辅助临床诊断。方法:采用ZM-Ⅲ型智能脉象仪分别检测CRF患者四型脉图参数。结果:脉图参数h1、h3、h3/h1、w/t及As值肝肾阴虚型最高,脾肾气虚型最低,脾肾阳虚、阴阳两虚介于二者之间;并建立了四证型函数判别式;将所测数据进行组内回代检验,脾肾气虚判别正确率为70%,脾肾阳虚为66.81%,肝肾阴虚为69.18%,阴阳两虚为61.91%。结论:提示脉图可作为慢性肾功能衰竭中医辨证的客观指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This experiment was done discuss Pulseogram Parameters in patterns of spleen-kidney Qi dificiency,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,Liver-kidney yin deficiency;and duel yin and yang deficiency in chronic renal failure.To build descriptive formula of four patterns of CRF.It will help clinical diagnosis for chronic renal failure.Methods:pulseogram parameters were tested by ZM-Ⅲ pulse-insrument.Results:pulseogram parameters in four patterns of CRF had characteristic changes.values of h1,h3,h3/h1,w/t and As in the pattern of liver-kidney yin deficiency were significantly higher than those in other three patterns.Values of h3,h3/h1,w/t and As were significantly lower than those in other three patterns.The values in patterns of spleen-kidney yang deficiency and duel yin and yang deficiency were within the vulues in spleen-kidney Qi deficiency and Liver-kidney yin deficiency.Conclusion:pulseogram parameters of h1,h3/h1,w/t,As could be used as objective indexes for diagnosing CRF in clinic.更多还原
