【摘要】 目的:评价中药黄连温胆汤对交感型颈椎病患者血清去甲肾上腺素(NA)的影响。方法:对68例交感型颈椎病患者分别给予黄连温胆汤和安慰剂,疗程10天。治疗前后,分别给予交感神经症状评分,患者主观感觉按优良中差4个等级评价,同时测定外周血清NA水平。结果:治疗前后,黄连温胆汤组交感神经症状评分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),安慰剂组无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗前后,黄连温胆汤组外周血清NA水平比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),安慰剂组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤能明显改善交感型颈椎病患者外周血清NA水平和改善交感神经症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Huanglianwendan Decoction on level of noradrenoline in serum of patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods:68 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were treated with Huanglianwendan Decoction or placebo for 10 days. Before and after treatment ,the sympathetic symptoms of all the patients were evaluated,while the level of NA in serum of patients were measured.
