【摘要】 目的探讨经腹腔直视下腹膜前间隙修补治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝的应用。方法采用原腹股沟修补切口入路,在内环口上方打开腹腔,经腹腔直视下打开腹膜前间隙放置补片修补治疗老年复发腹股沟疝9例。结果手术过程顺利,术后恢复良好,肠蠕动无明显受影响,无明显异物感,无切口感染。4例术后出现尿潴留,留置尿管至第二天后恢复,2例阴囊少量积液自行吸收。平均住院时间5～7天。随访半年到2年无复发病例。结论经腹腔腹膜前间隙补片修补治疗老年复发腹股沟疝具有解剖清楚、操作较简单、补片放置准确的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preperitoneal tension-free herniorrhaphy in aged recurrent hernia through the abdominal cavity and under direct vision.Methods Using the original operation incision on groin,the abdominal cavity was opened above the internal ring.Under direct vision,abdominal preperitoneal space weas placed patch to repair the aged recurrent inguinal hernia in 7 cases.Results All the operation was successfully performed and the patients healed satisfactorily.There was no occurrence of abnormal bowel movements,discomfort resulted from foreign body sensation to patchs and incision infection.Urinary retention happened in 4 cases and indwelled catheters until next day after operation.2 cases had mild scrotal fluid and recovered by self-absorption.Average length of stay was between 5 to 7 days.Followed up from six months to 2 years,no recurrence happened.Conclusion This method of repair is relatively simple,anatomical clear for treatment of elderly recurrent inguinal hernia,and can also accurately place patches.更多还原
