【摘要】 目的总结邻近延迟扩张皮瓣在躯干四肢创面修复中的应用方法及效果。方法 2003年4月至2008年7月期间,应用邻近延迟扩张皮瓣的方法修复8例躯干及四肢骨外露创面,每例患者共需要2～3次皮瓣延迟手术,修复缺损的供区可直接缝合。结果 8例患者围手术期无扩张器外露及皮瓣血运障碍等并发症,皮瓣转移修复术后全部皮瓣成活,伤口愈合良好。结论在某些特殊条件下的躯干四肢缺损区域,在难以应用局部皮瓣、带蒂皮瓣或扩张皮瓣修复时,合理应用邻近延迟扩张皮瓣的方法修复以上缺损区,有效解决了皮瓣转移的长宽比值、旋转半径及皮瓣成活面积,而达到良好的修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summary the clinical application of adjacent skin flap with delayed expansion in wound repair of the trunk and limbs. Methods From April 2003 to July 2008, the adjacent skin flap with delayed expansion were applied in repair wound of the trunk and limbs in 8 patients. All the patients were undertaken 2 or 3 times of the delaying operations. The defect of donor site was repaired by directly suture. Results No perioperative dilator exposure or skin flap complications such as blood circulation disorders occurred in 8 patients,and all the skin flaps survived and the wounds healed well. Conclusions Some defects on the trunk and limbs under special conditions are difficultly treated with the surgery of local flap,pedicled flap or expansion flap. Application of the adjacent skin flap with delayed expansion is reasonable and effective for the special defect, as been showed in the aspect ratio, radius of gyration and survival area of the flap.更多还原
