【摘要】 采用个案研究和搜集官方统计数据等经验研究方法,以辽西北S村为样本,对城市化背景下贫困乡村过疏化及其影响进行了调查。结果显示:S村近年来已出现外出务工农户逐年增多、青年大量流失、常住人口老龄化等诸多问题,同时还衍生了资源浪费、农村公共服务运转困难和留守老人等其他社会问题。就此提出加强城乡统筹规划工作,发展特色农业,积极探索新型村镇体系,进行"内生式开发"等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prime content of this assay focuses on the research of depopulation and influences of poverty country under the background of urbanization illustrated by the instance of S country in northwest of Liaoning Province,taking advantage of study of experiences such as case study and collection of official statistics.The outcomes indicate that there are several questions existed in S country like the appearance of migrant workers raised year by year,a large number of youth run off and aging of permanent resident population for the past few years.Simultaneously,such situations lead to series social problems,for instance,the wasting of resources,difficult in revolving country public service,stay-at-home aged people etc.The strategies are submitted on the basic of this diagnoses which can be further divided in various aspects like intensifying the urban-rural planning work,developing special agriculture,exploring new form of new village system positively,conducting "endogenous development".更多还原
