【摘要】 随着经济的发展,农业生产专业化的程度不断提高,弱小农户在与其他强大的市场主体竞争中,其弱势地位日益明显,农民利益大量流失。农民专业合作社是为了解决农户的小生产和大市场之间的矛盾,减少农民参与市场竞争风险及不确定性,提高交易效率而出现的组织。目前,我国农民专业合作社虽然有了快速发展,但仍存在诸多方面的制约因素,其中,资金短缺问题尤其突出。如果仅仅依靠政府财政投入无法满足其资金需求,限制了农民专业合作社的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy the professionalization degree of agricultural production advances continually,the disadvantageous position of the weak farmers are becoming more and more apparent during the competition with the powerful market entities.As a result,a great deal of farmers’ interests lost.In order to resolve the conflicts between the small-sized production of the farmers and the giant market,reduce the risk of the farmers’ participation in the market competition and its uncertainty,improve the effectiveness of trade and exchange,farmers’ professional cooperative comes into being.At present,farmers’ professional cooperative has undergone a rapid development in our country,but there are restriction factors on many aspects,among these lack of fund is especially prominent.If only depends on the government’s financial input,the fund requirement of farmers’ professional cooperative can not be satisfied and their further development will be restricted.更多还原
