【摘要】 当前我国高校横向科研管理普遍采用以课题制为主线,并提供其他相应服务的管理模式。这种管理模式具有其科学性,但是也存在着管理职能不尽完善之处。而对于现行横向科研管理职能的缺失,我们可以借鉴衔接性组织的相关内容来进行拓展和补充,将横向科技合作大致分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段,在每一阶段中都可以借鉴衔接性组织的部分功能。更多还原
