【Abstract】 This paper studies the existing problems and direction of reform in the current vocational education,and it proposes the combination between teaching and production,as well as the equal importance of two teachers,which is "One + Two" model of talent training.It analyzes incentive system of talent training and approaches to instructing cultural studies of vocational education.Finally it explains that it is not easy to run factory of the combination between teaching and production by colleges.It needs the support of each level’s government and planed programming for group development.更多还原
