【Abstract】 Resource allocation of large construction equipment in the project was studied in this paper.The improved activity-on-arrow network was used to make a proper planning of the allocation and use of large equipment,and network planning allocation procedure of large equipment was also established.On the basis of multitasking serial arrangement of large equipment,network planning was optimized,and the schedule track and control of relevant large equipment procedures and the dynamic scheduling management of large equipment were also discussed.The methods of large equipment coordination among multi-project were explored.更多还原
