基于资源网络方法的大型工程设备协调与优化管理

【摘要】 研究了项目中大型施工设备的资源分配,通过改进的双代号网络图对大型设备的分配与使用进行合理的规划,建立大型设备的网络计划分配流程,在对大型设备的多个任务顺行安排的基础上对网络计划进行优化,对工程中大型设备相关工序的进度跟踪与控制和大型设备的动态调度管理,同时探讨在多项目间进行大型设备的协调管理方法.

【Abstract】 Resource allocation of large construction equipment in the project was studied in this paper.The improved activity-on-arrow network was used to make a proper planning of the allocation and use of large equipment,and network planning allocation procedure of large equipment was also established.On the basis of multitasking serial arrangement of large equipment,network planning was optimized,and the schedule track and control of relevant large equipment procedures and the dynamic scheduling management of large equipment were also discussed.The methods of large equipment coordination among multi-project were explored.
