【Abstract】 It is not certain that there is a link between the ideal-type method of Weber’s sociology of law and research on legal culture,specifically in relation to Weber’s sociology of law as a study of legal culture.On the basis of the previous description and reconstruction of Weber’s sociology of law,as well as the exploration of the approaches and theoretical issues regarding the current studies of legal culture,The paper concludes that they attempt to view law from a sociological perspective by using a sociological method in their legal studies.Furthermore,Weber’s sociology of law and research on legal culture face a common problem i.e.how to conduct research in to the concepts of law in an objective way.更多还原
