油茶组培继代芽嫁接技术

【摘要】 以油茶优良无性系组培继代芽为接穗,普通油茶种子培育的胚芽为砧木,研究田间嫁接培养再生植株技术。结果表明:选取3.0 cm长以上优质油茶组培继代芽,采用劈接法嫁接,锡箔绑扎接口,塑料薄膜密封的棚内培养,在每年2—5月和11—12月里嫁接,成活率为88.2%~98.3%。

【Abstract】 A experiment was carried out to study the grafting technique by using the subcultured buds of the superior clones of Camellia oleifera as scion and ordinary embryo of C.oleifera as stock.The results showed that the survival rate of grafting plant could reach 88.2%-98.3% by selecting high quality subcultured buds which were longer than 3.0 cm,taking a cleft grafting method,binding with tinfoil,cutlturing in a low tunnel covered and sealed with plastic sheet and grafting in the period from February to May and November to Decmber.
