大孔吸附树脂分离纯化迷迭香酸的研究

【摘要】 采用大孔吸附树脂法研究迷迭香酸的精制工艺。筛选出适合的大孔吸附树脂,并对其分离纯化的条件进行考察。使用静态吸附法确定大孔吸附树脂NK109最适于迷迭香酸的精制。通过动态吸附性能的考察,确定最佳迷迭香酸上柱浓度838.6mg/L,流速为2.0BV/h上柱。通过动态解吸性能的考察,使用乙酸乙酯作为洗脱液,确定洗脱速度为1.0BV/h。利用大孔吸附树脂,迷迭香酸得到了较好的富集和纯化。纯化后的迷迭香酸纯度可以达到90%以上。

【Abstract】 This paper was studied on using macroporous adsorption resin to improve the purity of Rosmarinic acid(Ros A).We choose appropriate macroporous adsorption resin and study the conditions of separation and purification for Ros A.The result of saturated static adsorption of different types of resins showed that NK109 was suited to be used on Ros A.Through the study of dynamic adsorption,NK109 had the best adsorption ability when the concentration of Ros A was 838.6mg/L,the adsorption current velocity was 2.0BV/h.Meanwhile,through the study of dynamic desorption,NK109 had the best desorption property when using the ethyl acetate as eluant with desorption current velocity 1.0BV/h.Ros A was greatly refined by resin.The concentration of Ros A which was purified by this method was higher than 90%.
