【Abstract】 The core contents of the national technical standard strategies in developed countries and regions like the European Union,the United States,Japan and Canada are reviewed and the characteristics of technical standard competition in developed countries are analyzed.In view of the urgency and necessity of implementing national technical standard strategies in China,the guiding ideology and the ultimate goal of China’s technical standard strategies,the policies issued by some cities and provinces which are intended for encouraging standard formulation and the achievements that have been obtained as well as the existing problems are introduced,with the measures that should be taken in China’s forestry machinery standardization work under the situation of implementing China national technical standard policies presented.fencouraged by the provinces and cities introducing standard establishment and revision of policies.更多还原
