汽车鼓式制动器制动鼓的模态分析
Modal Analysis of Brake Drum of Automobile Drum Type Brakes
【摘要】 采用有限元分析法对汽车鼓式制动器制动鼓的动态特性进行理论计算和研究。建立了制动鼓的有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对模型进行分析计算,得出制动鼓的各阶频率及振型,对计算结果进行了模态分析。在模态分析和模态振型的基础上提出了修改制动鼓的结构参数、材料参数以及在模型上添加质量块或加强筋的措施与方法,以错开各零部件的固有频率范围,降低振动噪声。
【Abstract】 Using finite element analysis method,the theoretical calculation and study of dynamic characteristics of the brake drum of automobile drum type brakes are made.A finite element model of the brake drum is established,and the analysis and calculation of the model are made using finite element analysis software ANSYS,with the inherent frequencies and the vibration modes obtained and the modal analysis of the calculation result made.Based on the modal analysis and vibration modes,some measures and methods for modifying the brake drum’s structural parameters and material parameters and for increasing quality blocks or reinforcing ribs on the model are presented to stagger the natural frequency scope of each component and reduce vibration noise.
