钢渣在路面基层中的应用分析

【摘要】 结合昆明绕城高速公路西南段工程建设的需要,分析了云南安宁地区钢渣的物理化学特性,并采用10天浸水膨胀率分析了其膨胀性,得出云南安宁地区的钢渣含游离钙量低于3%,10天浸水膨胀率低于2%,符合道路相关标准。论述了钢渣在路面基层中应用存在的主要问题,提出了解决钢渣膨胀性的方法和在路面基层中的应用前景。

【Abstract】 For the needs of Kunming circle highway South-West Section construction,the physical and chemical characteristics of steel slag in Yunnan Anning area are studied and its expandability is analyzed through immersion test for 10 days.It is concluded that the content of free calcium in steel slag in Yunnan Anning area is lower than 3 %,and expansion factor is less than 2 % after immersion test for 10 days,which conform to the relevant highway standards.The main problems of steel slag applied in pavement base are described.Then the method to solve steel slag expandability and the application prospect of steel slag in pavement base are put forward.
