【摘要】 目的建立LOH12CR1蛋白抗血清的制备及鉴定方法。方法构建GST-LOH12CR1融合蛋白表达系统,诱导获得高表达的GST-LOH12CR1融合蛋白,用纯化的GST-LOH12CR1融合蛋白与弗氏佐剂混合免疫兔,获得特异性的兔抗人LOH12CR1抗血清,用western blot技术进行检测。结果获得了可用于在Western blot试验中检测内源性LOH12CR1表达的血清。结论成功制备了兔抗人的LOH12CR1抗血清,为进一步研究组织和细胞中LOH12CR1的内源性表达差异打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Establish the method of preparating and identificating the antiserum against human LOH12CR1 protein.Method We constructed GST-LOH12CR1 fusion protein expression system,induced high expression of the fusion protein,and mixed the purified fusion protein with Freund’s adjuvant to immune rabbits in order to obtain specific rabbit anti-human LOH12CR1 antiserum,and identify the antiserum with western blot.Results Successfully obtain the antiserum that can be used to test the endogenous expression of LOH12CR1.Conclusion The preparation of rabbit antiserum against human LOH12CR1 layed a foundation for further study.更多还原
