【摘要】 目的探讨缓慢与快速室上性心律失常交替或间歇发生的心电图临床分型及其发生机制。方法选择20例出现上述心电现象的动态心电图(DCG)进行回顾性分析。结果 20例DCG改变可分为3种类型:①慢快综合征15例、快慢综合征2例、变异型快慢综合征3例。三者发生机制、DCG特征、临床治疗及预后均不相同。结论明确三者临床心电图分型及发生机制,对临床治疗选择及预后判断均有极重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the dynamic ECG of Brady-and tachy-supraventricular arrhythmia,and investigate its pathogenesis.Methods To analyze the above-mentioned arrhythmia existing in 20 patients with DCG retrospectively.Results Three types could be divided from the 20 patients DCG,15 of them had bradycardia-tachycardia syndrome,2 of them had tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome,and 3 of them had variant tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome.The pathogenesis,characteristic of DCG,treatment and prognosis of the three type arrhythmia exist discrepancy.Conclusions It is of significantly important clinic significance in treatment and prognosis when identifying the types and pathogenesis of these arrhythmias.更多还原
