【Abstract】 An analysis of the relevant data will show that in order to improve teaching effectiveness of the educational courses,it is better to adopt strategies which include recoginizing the importance of supervisors in the teaching practice,cultivating teaching ability step by step and constructing experimental platforms for teachers’ job abilities.It is important both in practice and theory to study these strategies.更多还原
