【摘要】 目的观察和评估盐酸丁咯地尔与丹参注射剂联合治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法将106例确诊为突发性聋患者按随机表方法随机分成治疗组(n=58)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用丹参注射剂250mL,iv gtt,qd;治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸丁咯地尔200mg,iv gtt,qd。疗程均为7～10 d。结果治疗组总有效率为74.1%,显著高于对照组(52.1%),P<0.05;且2组均无明显严重不良反应发生。结论盐酸丁略地尔联合丹参注射剂治疗突发性聋疗效肯定,无明显药物不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To observe and evaluate the treatment effect of application of buflomedil hydrochloride and salvia miltiorrhiza drops on sudden deafuess(SD).METHODS A total of 106 SD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Fifty-eight patients in the treatment group were treated with buflomedil hydrochloride and salvia miltionhiza drops,while forty-eight patients in the control group were treated with salvia miltiorrhiza drops alone.The duration of treatment was seven to ten days.RESULTS The clinical total effective rate was 74.1%(43/58) in the treatment group and that was 52.1%(25/48) in the control group.There was a significant difference between 2 groups(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions were observed.CONCLUSION Buflomedil hydrochloride combined with salvia miltionhiza drops treatment on SD has good effect,and no significant adverse drug reaction.It is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
