【摘要】 目的对直肌联扎术在麻痹性斜视手术中的应用进行回顾评价。方法对14例(14只眼)应用直肌联扎术的麻痹性斜视病例的矫正结果进行临床分析。结果 14例麻痹性斜视患者术后12例正位,2例欠矫;麻痹水平直肌术后运动恢复平均10,°麻痹垂直肌术后运动平均恢复5;°9例后天性麻痹性斜视患者术前有复视者术后正前方及正下方有限视野范围内复视消除,5例先天性麻痹性斜视者手术前后均无复视。结论直肌联扎术应用于麻痹性斜视除可获得满意眼位外,还可获得部分运动功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the rectus-united method in paralytic strabismus.Method: to review the results of 14 paralytic strabismus surgery using the rectus-united method.Results 12 of 14 paralytic strabismu patients are normotopia,2 of them are under-correction.After surgery,the horizontal paralytic rectus muscles can turn 10°averagely,the vertical paralytic rectus muscles can turn 5° averagely.9 aquired paralytic strabismus patients who had diplopia before surgery eliminated the symptom after surgery in right ahead and downward direction,5 congenital paralytic strabismus patients had no diplopia before and after surgery.Conclusion The using of rectus-united method in paralytic strabismus surgery can not only make a good eye position,but also obtain some motor function.更多还原
