【摘要】 高度近视眼常并发黄斑裂孔,而黄斑裂孔易造成视网膜脱离。由于黄斑解剖及生理功能的重要性,可造成比较严重的视力损害,治疗上也很困难。近年来,黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离治疗技术、手术器械的改进及生物辅助剂不断创新和发展,使治疗的成功率所提高,但这些技术对于视网膜的功能及术后视力恢复的影响仍存在较多争议。本文对黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的治疗进展及影响预后的因素进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 High myopia usually accompanies with macular hole and retinal detachment.Because of the importance of macular anatomy and physiological functions,it can cause serious visual damage,and treatment is difficult.In recent years,the technology of treatment of retinal detachment with macular hole,surgical instruments and biological agents is improved,so the success rate of treatment is enhanced.But there is still a controversy in the technology for retinal function and recovery of visual acuity.In this study,the advances of the treatment and prognostic factors of macular hole retinal detachment is reviewed and discussed.更多还原
