【摘要】 目的探讨Tenon’s筋膜切除联合生物羊膜植入的小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼临床疗效。方法对26例(30只眼)闭角型青光眼患者行Tenon’s筋膜切除联合生物羊膜植入的小梁切除术,术后随访1年,观察降眼压效果及其手术并发症。结果术后1周眼压(11.80±2.23)mmHg,较术前眼压(38.53±7.17)mmHg明显降低(P<0.01)。术后随访1年,眼压(17.80±4.11)mmHg,保持功能性滤泡27只眼(90%)。结论 Tenon’s筋膜切除联合生物羊膜植入的小梁切除术可作为治疗闭角型青光眼的一种有效方法,手术成功率高,长期眼压控制好,可有效地减少瘢痕组织形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of trabeculectomy combined with Tenon’s capsule excision and bio-amnion implantation under sclera flap for treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.Methods 30 eyes from 26 patients with angle-closure glaucoma were underwent trabeculectomy combined with Tenon’s capsule excision and bio-amnion implantation under sclera flap. The intraocular pressure (IOP), filtering blebs and complications were observed.Results The intraocular pressure(IOP) was reduced from (38.53±7.17) mm Hg to(11.80±2.23) mm Hg after 1w of operation(P<0.01). 25 eyes (83.33%) maintained functional filtering blebs after 1a of operation. There was not serious postoperative complication.Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with Tenon’s capsule excision and bio-amnion implantation under sclera flap can reduce scar formation and improve the success rate. It is a safe and effective operation for treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.更多还原
