【Abstract】 The independent study is a learning method of learners self-directed,and independent study is the most important way in adult distance education.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of adult autonomous learning,independent learning ability has become the focus.In distance education,the establishment of self-learning mode,should be under the guidance of educational theory,on the basis of network self-learning platform,the students give full play the main role.The basic ideas of establishing self-learning mode of students and the main measures to improve learning ability of students,to achieve the continues increasing of overall level of adult distance education.更多还原
