【摘要】 目的:探讨采用Mckay手术矫正僵硬型马蹄足的疗效。方法:2000年8月—2007年8月对12例24足先天性僵硬型马蹄足采用Mckay手术进行治疗,随访手术疗效。结果:11例22足获得随访,平均随访时间为4年。按Garceau评分标准,优17足,良4足,可1足。结论:小儿先天性僵硬型马蹄足应早期治疗,通过反复石膏矫形后行软组织松解,距下关节切开能得到较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the the efficacy of Mckay procedure in the treatment of congenital talipes equinovarus(CTE) in children older than 6 months.Methods: Mckay procedure was used to treat 12 cases(24 feet) of CTE.Results: A total of 11 of 12 patients were followed up for at least 3 years(average time was four years),According to Garceau standard,17 feet showed excellent results,and 4 feet were good,1 feet was fair.Conclusions: Mckay procedure is an effective method to treat CTE for children older than 6 months in this study.更多还原
