【摘要】 目的:探寻一种方法简单、定位准确、诊断率高的用于经皮肺穿刺活检术(TNB)的肺部病灶定位器械。方法:在X线透视下选定穿刺位点,将自制肺穿刺定位器贴敷固定于胸壁上,调节定位槽角度,使定位槽、中心孔、病灶中心处3点在同一直线上,然后测量出中心孔距病灶的距离,穿刺针沿仪器上的2点(定位槽、中心孔)延伸进针至测量距离后即可准确无误地到达病灶。结果:临床应用肺穿刺定位器共112例,并发症发生率较低。结论:自制的肺穿刺定位器,设计原理合理、操作方便、定位准确、成功率高、并发症少,与CT定位穿刺相比,不仅节约费用,而且可减少医患双方X线被照射的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find a simple,accurate,high diagnosis locator,which was used in transthoroacic needle biopsy(TNB) in pneumonic diseases to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods: Chose the puncturatio sites under X-ray,fix the locator on patients’ chest walls,and regulate the angle of the location notch to ensure location notch,bore center and focus of infection at the same straight line.Then we measure the distance between bore center and focus of infection.Along the two points on the locator,transfixion pin could be got to the focus of infection exactly as needling to the measure distance.Results: A total of 112 cases were enrolled in this study.The diagnosis was made by pathological and laboratory examinations.The results showed that the rate of complication was low.This result was also compared with that obtained by percutaneous lung puncture guided by CT.Conclusions: The home-made puncturatio locator is reasonable,convenient,accurate,and has a high diagnostic rate with few complication.Comparing to the puncturing of lung oriented by CT,the puncturing with the localizer is less expensive,reducing the damage time of X-ray radiation on the patients as well as the operators.更多还原
