【Abstract】 American society of clinical oncology(ASCO) recenfly published amounts of positive and negative clinical trial results of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),which poinedt out that the era of first-line therapy to unselected patients has gone with the wind.Maintenance therapy should also be applied to the right patients.Regarding second-line therapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy both have individual advantages while the adjuvant therapy remained dominant in chemotherapy.Biomarkers-based targeted therapy may dramatically improve the patients’ survival so the importance of biomarkers should be highlighted.更多还原
