【摘要】 目的评价应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果。方法应用桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手背、大鱼际部以及虎口扩大成形28例。其中7例于旋转点处结扎头静脉。术后随访6个月~3年。结果皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣质地、血运良好。7例于旋转点处结扎头静脉者术后与未结扎头静脉者比较皮瓣的血运及肿胀程度无明显差异。结论桡神经浅支营养血管皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损不牺牲主要血管,皮瓣质地好,手术操作简单、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects of neurocutaneous vascular flap from inrami superficialis nutrient vessels in the repair of soft tissue injury in hand skin.Methods The injuries in the opisthenar,thenar eminence and part of the hand between the thumb and the index finge in 28 patients were treated with the superficial branch of radial neurocutaneous vascular flap.7 cases of them received ligation in the venae cephalica.Results All cases were followed up from 6 months to 3 years after the surgery,and all flaps survived,with good sensation and abundant blood.Conclusion Neurocutaneous vascular flap from inrami superficialis nutrient vessels can produce good curative effects in the repair of soft tissue injury in hand skin.更多还原
