【摘要】 目的:探讨血站质量负责人在采供血质量管理中的作用及资质要求,从而提高血液质量管理,确保血液质量安全。方法:从打造血站质量文化、加强内部沟通、严格监督考评等方面探讨质量负责人在采供血质量管理中如何履行职责,确保质量体系有效实施和持续改进。结果:目前我站工作有制度,考评有机制,操作有规范,环节有监督,质量体系保持有效运行。4年来,未发生一起采供血服务及医疗纠纷。结论:质量负责人在采供血质量管理中起着十分重要的作用,血液质量管理的好坏与质量负责人有直接关系,质量负责人只要注重方法、方式、敢管、善管,能有效提高采供血质量管理水平,保证血液安全;质量负责人入选资质,除符合《血站质量管理规范》要求外,应由采供血单位的班子成员担任。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the role and required qualifications of stations in charge of quality in the management of quality,in order to enhance the quality management and ensure blood safety. Method:From the best quality stations,the strengthening of internal communications and strict supervision,it had been discussed that how quality managers to perform their duties in the quality management to ensure effective implementation of the quality system and sustainable improvements. Result:Our station had working system, appraisal mechanism,operating rules and supervision, and quality system had maintained effective operation.There were no services and medical disputes for four years. Conclusion: Quality managers could play an important role in the quality control. There would be some direct relationship between the blood quality and quality managers. If they pay attention to method,and Have the courage to bear their responsibilities, quality managers would effectively improve the quality management level to ensure blood safety.
