【摘要】 目的:探讨玻璃珠柱凝集法在临床应用中鉴定血型的准确性。方法:用全自动血型及配血分析系统和传统试管法分别对我院住院患者22 919例抗凝样本进行血型鉴定并比较检测结果的符合率。结果:两种方法的检测结果一致,全自动血型及配血分析系统鉴定血型的准确率达到100%,鉴定结果中Rh(D)阴性为70例,阴性率为0.3%,且鉴定出1例弱D。结论:全自动血型及配血分析系统将血型鉴定从加样到判读整个过程实现了标准化和自动化,能消除许多人为因素造成的错误判定,为安全输血提供了保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the veracity of typing blood group with glass beads column aggregation methods in the clinical application.Method:Anticoagulant samples of our 22919 hospitalized patients were detected for blood typing using Auto Vue Innova blood-group and cross matching analysis system and traditional test tube methods respectively,and results of detection accuracy were compared.Result:The test results of two methods were consistent.The accuracies of AutoVue Innova blood-group and cross matching analysis system achieved 100%.There were 70 cases of Rh(D) negative,with the negative rate of 0.3%,and one weak D.Conclusion:Auto Vue Innova blood-group and cross matching analysis system would make the whole process standard and automatic available,which could eliminate the wrong judgment of manual to ensure safe transfusion.更多还原
