【摘要】 目的:通过实验真实掌握冷上清中部分有效成分的含量,明确其实际临床使用价值。方法:采集23袋(200ml/袋)ACD-B血液保存液保存的血液,4h内分离制备新鲜冰冻血浆,各袋均留2份标本;1份同新鲜冰冻血浆一起置-35℃保存,于第3天速融后检测总蛋白、白蛋白、纤维蛋白原、凝血因子X含量;1份置4℃保存21d后作为普通血浆检测总蛋白、白蛋白、纤维蛋白原、凝血因子X含量;新鲜冰冻血浆于第3天取出制备冷沉淀,留取冷上清标本1份检测总蛋白、白蛋白、纤维蛋白原、凝血因子X含量。结果:冷上清中的血浆蛋白和凝血因子含量均明显低于普通血浆。结论:冷上清的使用价值有局限性,临床应用应结合病情考虑输注,不能等同于新鲜冰冻血浆和普通冰冻血浆。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the active ingredients of the cold supernatant so as to know about their actual clinical value.Method:23 bags of whole blood(ACD-B,200ml) were collected,separated and prepared for fresh frozen plasma in 4 hours.Each bag took two samples,one saved with the fresh frozen plasma in refrigerator of-35℃,thawed and checked total protein,albumin,fibrinogen,factor X after 3 days;the other saved in refrigerator of 4℃,thawed and checked total protein,albumin,fibrinogen,factor X after 21 days.The fresh frozen plasma was separated and prepared for cryoprecipitate after 3 days,and samples of the plasma cryoprecipitate supernatant were detectd total protein,albumin,fibrinogen and factor X.Result:Plasma proteins and coagulation factors in the cold supernatant were obviously lower than those in ordinary plasma.Conclusion:The value of the cold supernatant would be limited and has limited clinical use.更多还原
