【摘要】 目的回顾性调查昆明市近10年来溃疡性结肠炎(UC)住院病例的资料,以进一步了解昆明市UC患者的治疗状况。方法 选取昆明市1998年1月～2007年3月期间7家大型综合医院379例住院的炎症性肠病患者作为调查对象。诊断均符合2007年中华医学会消化病学分会的UC诊治标准,分析UC患者的治疗状况。结果 379例UC患者有98.7%的患者行内科治疗,手术率为1.3%,其中使用水杨酸者占78.1%,类固醇激素者53.3%,免疫抑制剂者2.6%。UC经单纯内科药物治疗后,总有效率97.3%,无效者占2.4%,死亡病例占0.3%;经手术治疗后,总有效率为100%,无死亡及无效病例。结论 昆明市UC患者的内科治疗以使用水杨酸类和类固醇激素治疗为主,极少使用免疫抑制剂。内科治疗和手术治疗的总有效率高,无效和死亡率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the treatment characteristics of hospitalized patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) in Kunming,we had retrospectively analyzed inpatients with UC in the recent 10 years in Kunming.Methods The detail data of 379 cases of UC were obtained from seven large general hospital of Kunming from January of 1998 to March of 2007 which are consistent with UC diagnostic and treatment criteria established in the digestion disease institute branch conference of China in 2007.The treatment characteristics in UC patients are analyzed.Results The treatment state:The management mode in UC group was 98.7% internal medicine treatment,and 1.3% operation.The mainstay for UC group medical treatment in the hospital was 78.1% 5-aminosalicylate agents,and 53.3% glucocorticoids,2.6% immunodepressive.The effect of medical management in UC group was 97.3% all effective,2.4% ineffective,0.3% dead.The effect of operation in UC group was 100% whole effective,not ineffective and dead.Conclusion SASP/5-ASA and steroids are stills the mainstay agents used for the treatment of UC,and the whole effective rate of medical and operation treatment in UC were high.The ineffective rate and dead rate of UC were low.更多还原
