动脉粥样硬化早期无创检测技术在健康体检中的应用研究
Application of noninvasive detection technology of early atherosclerosis in individuals undergoing physical examinations
【摘要】 目的:通过对本院2 995例无创臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)和踝臂血压指数(ABI)检测结果的分析,探讨动脉粥样硬化早期无创检测技术在健康体检中应用的意义。方法:选择2010-07-2011-02在本院健康体检的人员进行检测,年龄在25~85岁,按5年间隔的年龄分段,测量并分析baPWV和ABI与其他物理和生化指标的相关性。结果:无论男性或是女性的体检人群中,baPWV平均值以及异常检出率随着年龄增长而有所增加,而且年龄对baPWV的影响系数,女性比男性要大。在45~54岁之间,女性的baPWV值快速增加,并显著高于男性(P<0.01)。baPWV与各项指标进行相关性分析发现,年龄与baPWV呈正相关,血糖、血尿酸、收缩压、舒张压均与脉搏波传导速度大小呈高度相关性。结论:动脉粥样硬化早期无创检测技术及其主要指标baP-WV和ABI与心血管危险因素有较好的相关性,在健康体检与心血管病早期风险筛查中具有较好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective:The stundy aimed to evaluate the importance of non-invasive detection technology in early atherosclerosis in the physical examination status by analyzing noninvasive brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) and ankle-arm blood pressure index(ABI) test in 2 995 cases. Method:Choosing from July 2010 to February 2011 at our hospital staff for testing healthy who aged 25-85 years old.5-year intervals by age segmentation,measured and analyzed of baPWV/ABI and other physical and biochemical parameters relationship. Result:The results showed that in both male and female medical population,baPWV mean and anomaly detection rate increased with aging,and the impact of age on baPWV coefficient which was larger in women than in men.In the 45-54 years old,female baPWV value increased rapidly and significantly higher than those in males(P<0.01).The correlation analysis of BaPWV and those indicators showed that age and baPWV was positively correlated,while blood glucose,uric acid,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse wave velocity were highly correlation. Conclusion:The technology of non-invasive detection of early atherosclerosis and its main indicators baPWV and ABI have good correlation with cardiovascular risk factors,it has a good value in the physical examination and screening of early risk of cardiovascular disease.
