【摘要】 目的:探讨抗抑郁治疗对老年高血压患者降压疗效的影响。方法:观察85例老年高血压合并抑郁症状的患者随机分为2组,所有患者均给予钙拮抗剂(氨氯地平5mg/d)、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(贝那普利10mg/d),抗抑郁治疗组在此基础上加用帕罗西丁20mg/d。结果:抗抑郁治疗组其降压幅度,降压有效率,汉密尔顿抑郁量减分率均优于治疗前及对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗抑郁治疗可增强老年高血压合并抑郁患者的降压效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of antidepressant treatment on antihypertensive therapy of elderly patients.Method:85 senile hypertensive patients with depression were randomly divided into A and B,two groups for study.Then 5 mg/d Amlidipine and 10 mg/d Benazepril were orally administrated to each group as basic antihypertensive medication.Besides,20 mg/d paroxetine was additionally given to group A.Result:Group A shows its patients’ blood pressure of average reduction,effective rate of blood pressure reduction and Hamilton depression(HAMD) scale all have much better effects than pretherapy and group B,with obvious statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antidepressant treatment may increase efficacy of antihypertensive therapy in elderly hypertensive patients with depression.更多还原
