【摘要】 目的探讨冠状动脉(冠脉)支架植入术对窦性心率震荡现象的影响。方法置入冠脉支架的62例均行24 h动态心电图检查,取得心率震荡参数震荡起始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS)值,并进行比较。结果本组患者支架植入术后1周TO和TS两项指标均改善,与术前比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);支架植入术后6个月TO明显减低,TS指标明显提高,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),与术后1周比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠脉支架植入术对心率震荡指标有影响,冠心病患者的TO、TS值与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of coronary stent implantation on heart rate turbulence(HRT).Methods 62 patients with coronary stent implantation underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram detection,turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) were recorded and compared.Results TO and TS were improved one week after surgery,compared with that before surgery,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,TO was decreased significantly,TS was increased significantly,compared with that before surgery and one week after surgery,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The HRT parameters may be influenced by coronary stent implantation.TO and TS in patients with coronary artery disease may be related to the degrees of coronary artery disease.更多还原
