【摘要】 目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平,探讨三者之间及与PCOS的相互联系。方法选取27例PCOS作为PCOS组,另选同期15例因输卵管或男性不育因素不孕的妇女作为对照组,比较两组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平,探讨三者之间及与PCOS的关系。结果 PCOS组TNF-α、IL-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);PCOS组CRP水平稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TNF-α与IL-6呈正相关(P<0.01),CRP与TNF-α、IL-6无相关性(P>0.05),三者与胰岛素抵抗指数均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论相对炎性因子CRP,TNF-α和IL-6在进一步探讨PCOS的发病机制以及预测远期并发症方面可能是更为稳定的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin 6(IL-6) in the patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),and to discuss the relationship between PCOS and the former three indicators,and the correlation among the three indicators.Methods 27 cases of PCOS(PCOS group) and 15 cases of infertility(control group) due to tubal factors or male inferltility were enrolled.CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in both groups were detected,the correlation among CPR,TNF-α and IL-6 and the correlation between the former three indicators and POCS were analyzed.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 in PCOS group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);the levels of CRP in PCOS group were a little higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).TNF-α was positively correlated with IL-6(P<0.01).CRP was not related to TNF-α and IL-6,and the three indicators were not related to insulin resistance index(P>0.05).Conclusion When compared with CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 may be much more stable inflammatory factors in the further discussion of the pathogenesis of PCOS and predicting long-term complications.更多还原
