【摘要】 目的提高彩色多普勒超声诊断肾错构瘤破裂出血的准确率。方法对13例肾错构瘤破裂出血患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果 13例患者中,超声诊断7例(53.8%);误诊6例(46.2%),其中3例诊断为肾实质性占位(肾癌可能性大)伴肾周或腹膜后血肿,2例误诊为腹膜后囊实性肿块伴肾周血肿,1例误诊为畸胎瘤。结论肾错构瘤破裂出血因其组成成分多样,致超声表现各异。应密切结合病史,多方位扫查,必要时结合其他检查,以期提高对肾错构瘤破裂出血的诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis accuracy of rupture and hemorrhage of renal hamartoma by color doppler ultrasound.Methods Thirteen patients with rupture and hemorrhage of renal hamartoma with color doppler ultrasonography.Results Among the 13 patients,7 cases(53.8%) were diagnosed by ultrasound and 6 cases(46.2%) were misdiagnosed.Of the 6 patients,3 were misdiagnosed as renal parenchymal tumor(probablely renal cancer) with perirenal hematoma or retroperitoneal hematoma,2 as retroperitoneal cystic-solid mass with perirenal hematoma and 1 as teratoma.Conclusion Due to the diversity of the composition,the renal hamartoma with rupture hemorrhage has different ultrasonic manifestations.The medical history,multiple position scanning examination,and other examinations(as necessary) should be combined closely so as to improve the diagnosis rate of renal hamartoma with rupture hemorrhage.更多还原
