【摘要】 目的探讨脑室-腹腔(VP)分流术后并发症的诊断及其防治方法。方法回顺性分析186例VP分流术后发生并发症的18例临床资料。结果 186例患者术后并发症发生率为9.6%(18/186),其中颅内感染6例,腹部感染1例,皮下隧道感染1例,分流管堵塞4例,分流过度2例,分流不足4例。结论预防VP分流术后并发症的发生以及对并发症进行及时有效的治疗是减少后遗症,提高患者生活质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications after ventriculo-peritoneal(VP)shunt.Methods The clinical data of 186 patients with hydrocephalus underwent VP shunt were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 186 patients,total incidence of complications was 9.6%,including 8 with infections,4 with shunt block and 6 with shunt malfunction.Conclusion Effective prevention and treatment for complications of VP shunts are the key to decreasing sequelae and improving quality of life for patients.更多还原
