【摘要】 目的:分析对面部色素痣进行微创切除或皮瓣移植术的方法、安全性及疗效。方法:对300例面部色素痣进行微创手术切除,较大及特殊部位的色素痣行皮瓣移植术,无损伤缝线减张缝合。结果:300例面部色素痣患者术后无1例复发,并且均达到美容效果;其中I例感染,2例经组织病理检查为基底细胞癌。结论:微创切除或皮瓣移植术治疗面部色素痣具有一次性彻底根除不复发,皮损可行组织病理活检而更安全,基本无瘢痕,重要部位不变形,达到美容等多重目的,是目前治疗面部色素痣最理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the safety and the efficacy of minimally invasive excision or skin flap-plasty in the treatment of facial moles.Methods:Three hundred cases of pigmented nevus were operated with the minimally invasive surgery,in which large and the nevus on special region of the face were operated with skin flap-plasty.Results:Among the 300 cases,no nevus recurred after operation with good cosmetic Results:one patient got infected after operation,and 2 patients were diagnosed by biopsy as basal cell carcinoma Conclusion:minimally invasive excision or skin flap-plasty is the best treatment for facial nevus.更多还原
