【Abstract】 A case of acral persistent papular mucinosis is reported.A 64-year-old male presented with generalized papules on the surfaces of the forearms.Histopathological test showed that a collection of Alcian blue positive stainning mucin in the upper and middle dermis with edemas of superficial dermal,increase of fibroblasts and deposits of masses of mucins.更多还原
