【摘要】 目的:观察4～6岁乳前牙重度内倾型深覆幼儿采用上颌垫舌簧矫治器与小平导板进行矫治后下颌骨生长发育的特征。方法:对30例4～6岁乳前牙重度内倾型深覆患儿采用上颌垫舌簧矫治器与小平导板进行矫治,矫治前后进行头影测量分析,进行统计学检验。结果:内倾型深覆患儿经正畸矫治后下颌后缩,下颌长度发育不足及上下面高比例失调等情况明显改善,治疗前后比较差异有显著性。结论:早期矫治重度内倾型深覆有助于患儿下颌骨水平向的生长发育.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the developmental features of the mandible in children at age of 4～6 with severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduous anterior teeth after orthodontic treatment.Method:Cephalometric analysis and stastical analysis of 15 patients with severe retroclined deep overbite of decidious anterior teeth before and after orthodontic treatment were made.Result:Compare with the control group,the retrusion,undergrowth tendency of mandible and the abnormal ratio of superoinferior facial height are much better.Conclusion:Early orthodontic treatment is necessary for mandible growth in patients with severe retroclined deep overbite of deciduouds anterior teeth.更多还原
