静磁场对牛蛙坐骨神经电生理特性的影响
Studying on the electrophysiological effects of bullfrog nerve tissue influenced by static magnetic fields
【摘要】 目的:研究静磁场不同的加载时间和温度是否对牛蛙坐骨神经电生理特性产生影响。方法:分离牛蛙的坐骨神经,对其进行实时体外加载。通过BL-420F生物机能实验系统,观察不同的加载时间(加载前、加载中30 min、1h、6 h、加载后)和不同温度下(10℃、25℃及37℃)神经兴奋性和传导性的变化。结果:不同静磁场加载组不同加载时间之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两实验组不同温度之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:12.5 mT和125 mT的静磁场加载过程中和加载后,其兴奋性下降,与加载时间长短无关。不同温度条件下,12.5 mT和125 mT的静磁场对牛蛙坐骨神经的兴奋性和传导性的影响作用是不同的,在37℃时,神经组织的兴奋性明显下降。
【Abstract】 Objective:Studying on the electrophysiological effects of bullfrog nerve tissue are whether influenced by static magnetic fields with different exposure time and temperatures.Method:Isolating sciatic nerve from bullfrogs,we observe the change situations of nerve excitability and conduction,with the help of electrophysiological recordings under different exposure time(before exposure during exposure 30 min,1 h,6 h,after exposure)and temperature(10 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃).Result:There were significantly on nerve excitabilities of both exposure groups under different temperatures.Conduction:No significant changes of the active speeds and conductive velocity were found in two exposure groups during exposure and in post-exposure periold.There were significantly different effects on nerve excitabilities of both exposure groups under different temperatures.The excitability of nerve tissue decreased significantly in 37 ℃.
