【摘要】 目的:研究幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染与胃肠道疾病和口腔疾病的相关性。方法:采用尿素(14C)呼气试验检测11788例体检者,第1组5410例胃肠道疾病组,第2组4312例口腔疾病组,第3组2066例健康组,分别比较Hp感染率,观察其相关性。结果:在11788例中胃Hp感染率为58.53%,第1组和第2组中Hp感染率均高于第3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Hp感染与胃肠道疾病和口腔疾病密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between of the Helicobacterpylori(Hp) infection in stomach and upper gastrointestinal、oral cavity disease.Method:The 11788 health check were surveyed by urea(14C)breath test,of whom 5410 cases have upper gastrointestinal disease,of whom 4312 cases have oral cavity disease and of whom 2066 cases have no disease for the tests.The examination evaluated by distribution of Helicobacterpylori,with the surveyed of upper gastrointestinal、oral cavity disease.Result:The experiments showed that the positive rate of Hp of the 11788 are 58.53 % and the rate of the 1 and 2 group were all significantly higher than the the 3 group.Conclusion:This results suggested that Hp in stomach is closely involved upper gastrointestinal and oral cavity disease.更多还原
