【摘要】 目的:观察磨除牙槽中隔法拔除下颌第一磨牙的临床应用。方法:选取370例需要拔除的下颌第一磨牙,随机分为2组,观察组:采用磨除牙槽中隔法拔除患牙,对照组:采用传统的劈凿法拔除患牙。记录手术时间、患者的主观感受和术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间和术后并发症均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者痛苦感觉少。结论:使用磨除纵隔法可以提高拔除下颌第一磨牙的效率,减少患者拔牙的痛苦感受,减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of aloveolar septum grinding method in extraction of first permanent molars.Method:360 first permanent molars were divided into 2 groups at random.The aloveolar septum grinding method was used in the group A,and the routine method was used in the group B.Then the operation time,subjective feel of patients,complications were recorded.Result:The data showed that the duration of extraction and complications of group A were significantiy less than that of group B(P<0.05).The patients of group A felt better than the other group.Conclusion:Using the aloveolar septum grinding method in extraction of first permanent molars may result in a more beneficial effect on improving the efficiency of surgery,and relieving complications and painful feelings of patients than using the routine method.更多还原
