【摘要】 目的:观察五倍子煎剂联合氨来呫诺糊剂局部治疗重型复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)的临床疗效。方法:给予氨来呫诺糊剂。4次/d×3 d溃疡面涂布治疗。以用药前后的平均溃疡期、疼痛指数和最大溃疡直径的差值作为疗效指标进行评价。结果:治疗组最大溃疡直径差值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床有效率为100%,优于对照组的66%(P<0.05)。结论:五倍子煎剂联合氨来呫诺糊剂能有效减轻重型RAU的疼痛症状,明显缩短溃疡愈合期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observing clinical effect of traditional decoction Wubeizi joint Amlexanax paste local treatment of the major aphthous ulcer.Method:Selected 30 patients with o major aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Decoction 50 g was given wet dressing joint 5 g:250 mg of Amlexanox paste or Amlexanox paste only 4 times/d,ulcer surface coating 3 d continuously.Before and after treatment in patients with oral ulcers,the average ulcer stage,ulcer pain index and the largest difference between the diameter of evaluation as a therapeutic index of drug efficacy.Result:Experimental group,significantly higher than the control groups in maximum ulcer diameter difference(P <0.05).The clinical trial in the experimental group was 100 % effective,better than the control group 66 %(P <0.05).Conclusion:Gall decoction Wubeizi combined Amlexanox paste can effectively reduce severe recurrent oral ulcer pain,ulcer healing was significantly shorter period.更多还原
